At AFC Leyton, we put development before results in the youth section.

We win or we learn, we never lose!

We coach players development so they gain a full understanding of not just basic ball control, but a full understanding of the game. Movement on and off the ball, teamwork, dedication and fitness. It can be hard work at times as coaches will push players and at times take players out of the comfort zones, but it is also a whole lot of fun and plenty of laughter along the way too!

The end result – Players who have a love for the game, a great game understanding, are comfortable in and out of position, who trust one another and this all comes full circle bringing results for their teams!
