_*We are looking for 4 highly skilled football coaches/team managers that drive/have access to car and availability on Sunday for matches.

We are unable to progress applications from people who do not have access to a car due to playing in the Essex League. Some match locations are not accessible via public transport.

U9s FA Level 1
U11s FA Level 2
U12s FA Level 2
U16s FA Level 2

AFC Leyton is a female only youth football club operating in Walthamstow East London.

We offer football training for both development and league players from the ages of 5 to 17 years.

Our league teams are from U10s to U18s, our development are aged 5 to 17.

Our training is held in the evenings weekdays and on Saturdays. We are a London FA club with special dispensation to play in the Essex League. Our training and home ground is Salisbury Hall Playing Fields, Walthamstow Way, E4 8ST.

We are a charter standard club and an Arsenal Sister Club.

What are we looking for?

  • Qualified coaches
  • Reliable and committed to the girls individual development, the team and the club as a whole
  • Proactive approach to coaching
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work in the evenings and at weekends (Sunday matches)
  • Experience working in girls football desirable but not essential
  • Must have access to a car and able to drive to matches around Essex.

Training hours are (for 2019/20 Season – including Pre-season)

U9s to U13 & U15s 2 hours midweek – Wednesday evenings
U14s & U16s – 2 hours midweek – Tuesday evenings
Adults are Tuesdays

Match days are Sundays
