I’m from Congo and Guadeloupe, I’m well connected to my heritage as England in really diverse in having shops that cater to the countries I’m from, allowing me to buy dishes and ingredients to make my favourite Congolese dishes.
My biggest achievements have been helping to coach the now U12 Leyton girls, it’s such a joy watching them become great players and women and it’s the thing I’m proudest of.
